Dillon Marchello joined CPEX Real Estate in 2019 as an Associate on the Mixed-Use Sales Team. With a focus on the Brooklyn market, Dillon’s responsibilities include underwriting, executing sales, and managing client relationships for mixed-use and multifamily transactions.
Dillon graduated from Quinnipiac University’s School of Communications in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Integrated Communications, as well as a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the QU Entrepreneurship organization and his volunteer efforts include participating in preparation for the QTHON miracle dance marathon for the Connecticut Children’s Foundation and the Quinnipiac Big Event volunteer foundation. Additionally, Dillon was chosen as one of three top students to partake in the Entrepreneurship Small Business Start-Up Competition. He developed an app for automotive enthusiasts which allowed a user to search for car parts, engage with other users through a social media component, and build the car digitally. The business idea was presented and critiqued by a panel of outside investors at the end of the competition. His entrepreneurial presentation and communication skills were challenged allowing him to gain real-world experience as well as recognition within the Quinnipiac community.
After attending college, Dillon decided to utilize his business knowledge and communications skills in the Real Estate world. He acquired his Real Estate Salesperson license and joined us here at CPEX to focus on Mixed-use units. He believes he can combine his knowledge of small businesses and their needs to provide the most effective service to CPEX’s clients as possible.
Dillon currently resides in Bay Shore, New York.
