Mark Scotto is an Associate Director, specializing in the Industrial Investment Sales division in the New York market. Mark brings more than 15 years of real estate development and marketing experience to the CPEX team.

Prior to joining CPEX Real Estate, Mark spent four years at The Corcoran Group in their Brooklyn Development Division where he was responsible for pre-development planning, market research and sales. In this capacity, Mark interfaced with architects and developers on a daily basis to recommend unit mix, layouts, square footages, price, finishes and amenities for various projects throughout Brooklyn.  While working at Corcoran, Mark also created and analyzed market studies for numerous NYC neighborhoods including information such as state of the market, existing new development projects, zoning designation, neighborhood profile and transportation. From 1990-2002, he managed a family business in Carroll Gardens where he handled commercial leasing, property management and acquisitions. His current responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluations, preparation of marketing materials, client reporting and marketing industrial investment properties for sale. 

Mark graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and later earned his Masters Degree in Real Estate from New York University.

Mark was born in Bay Ridge, and currently lives in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
