Stephen Safina joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing his efforts on Mixed-Use Investment Sales throughout New York. Stephen has spent the past two years exclusively representing owners in the sale of their properties. Stephen has in depth knowledge of the New York market and has proven to be a valuable resource to commercial property owners.

Prior to CPEX, Stephen worked for Massey Knakal Realty Services as an associate. Stephen was responsible for developing & managing client relationships, marketing & advertising properties, and bringing transactions to close. Over the past two years Stephen assisted in the evaluation of 115 properties, the marketing of 17 properties, and completion of 10 transactions, representing an aggregate value of $11,000,000. Stephen has a strong background in valuation, underwriting and managing the process in the sale of commercial properties. Stephen’s ability to work within a team and utilize his diverse real estate background to service clients makes him an asset to CPEX Real Estate.

Stephen began his real estate career in 2005 working for JL Appraisal Service as a residential appraiser. At JL Appraisal Service, Stephen was responsible for valuating single and multifamily homes throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Stephen graduated Siena College in Albany, NY with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. While pursing his studies, Stephen worked for TL Metzger & Associates commercial real estate division as a marketing & advertising intern and participated in a variety of Siena’s sports programs.
 
Stephen was born and raised on Long Island, where he currently resides.
