Jaime Pompa-Jamin joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing her efforts on the firms operations, sales support, administration and business development. She has spent the last few years working in commercial real estate operations in the New York market.  As Associate Director, Jaime will be handling operations for all the markets that CPEX covers.

In 2006 Jaime joined Massey Knakal Realty Services in New York, where she assisted Brian Leary in managing a commercial investment sales division consisting of 75 employees. Prior to joining MKRS, she worked as an operations manager for Eileen Lally & Associates, a corporate law firm based in Chicago. Her position consisted of managing an administrative team, composing memoranda, consults, confidential real estate law documents, managing telephone communications, and developing and conceiving an archival system for closed cases. Jaime’s real estate career began in residential sales at Century 21 Sussex & Reilly before moving to New York, where she joined New York Commercial Realty Services. There she gained experience in both commercial sales and leasing, negotiating and finalizing real estate transactions. She also assisted in promotional strategies to create and enhance company awareness.

Having worked closely with Brian Leary for several years in the New York Real Estate market, she decided to join him and contribute to the development of CPEX Real Estate. With extensive experience in administration and operations, she is involved in implementing procedures and processes that assist the company in achieving its operating goals.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree graduating from the University of Illinois in Business Administration and Biology. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Long Island, New York.
