Alex Horn joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be working on the Development and Conversion Investment Sales team in the New York Market.

Prior to joining CPEX, Alex worked as a project coordinator for Agency RX, a pharmaceutical advertising firm. In this role his responsibilities included research, managing a database of clients and preparing reports and documentation for various projects. While obtaining his degree, Alex interned at Star Marketing and Sigma Works Group where he was responsible for generating the Presidents’ business intervention presentation report for clients. Alex also spent several summers as a counselor and swim instructor for grade school children at Camp Hilliard in Scarsdale, New York.

Alex graduated from Hartwick College in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and a Minor in Art History. Alex was an active member of the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity in which he served as the fraternity’s community service chair. As an avid runner, Alex spent two years competing on Hartwick’s track and field team.While obtaining his degree, Alex studied abroad in Thailand for a semester and traveled to several other International Countries.

Alex was born and raised in Scarsdale, New York and currently resides in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.
