John Gallagher joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing his efforts on Industrial Investment Sales throughout New York. John brings fifteen years of sales experience and is a valuable addition to the to the CPEX sales force.

Prior to joining CPEX Real Estate, John was a Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services and during this time he developed and implemented strategies to market commercial properties for his clients. Over the past two years, John performed more than 100 evaluations, and closed 10 transactions with an aggregate value of approximately more than $11,000,000. While covering the Brooklyn market, John was responsible for the sale of properties totaling 60,500 square feet of existing building and 67,440 square feet of buildable space. John brings a lot of experience in marketing investment properties and conducting in depth market analysis for clients to the CPEX Industrial Sales Division.    

John began his professional career on Wall Street where he most recently worked for Prime Executions as an Institutional Sales Trader on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. As an active sales trader, he managed high dollar volume accounts with market updates and conditions to a diverse clientele ensuring them the most accurate and up to date information.

John Gallagher graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He currently resides in the Dyker Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.
