Matthew Delicata joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing his efforts on Retail investment sales throughout New York. His extensive real estate knowledge and financial analysis experience are a valuable addition to the CPEX team.
Prior to joining CPEX, Matt worked at a private equity real estate firm where he performed financial analysis and market feasibility studies on all core property types in markets throughout the world. In his role, Matt analyzed properties, portfolios, and debt and equity transactions with values in excess of $100,000,000.
Matt began his career at a family-owned investment management firm where he actively oversaw investment decision-making and strategy.
Matt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council. He holds a Bachelors of Arts from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Business Administration from American University, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
