Michael Annunziata joined CPEX Real Estate in 2008 and will be focusing his efforts on Mixed-Use building sales throughout New York. He has spent the past three years exclusively representing owners in the sale of their investment and owner occupied properties.     

Prior to joining CPEX Real Estate, Michael was Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services.  Over the past three years, Michael performed more than 200 evaluations, and closed nearly 30 transactions with an aggregate value of approximately more than $35,000,000.  Before being promoted to Director of Sales, Michael worked as an associate on the sales team of then Partner Brian Leary in the downtown Brooklyn market covering Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Metro Tech, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. While on Brian’s team, Michael assisted in the marketing of over 40 exclusive listings, the signing of 25 contracts and contributed to the closing of 20 transactions.  His previous and current responsibilities included market research, evaluations, preparation of marketing material, client reporting and marketing properties for sale.  Michael has a wealth of knowledge in Investment Sales in the New York market.  His experience and ability to service business and complete transactions makes him a valuable asset to the CPEX team and the clients we serve.

Michael graduated from Providence College where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. While pursuing his studies, he spent a semester at the College of Richmond in Florence, Italy. During that time he traveled throughout Italy and to England, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Spain.

Michael was born and raised on Long Island, and currently lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
