Kristina Triglia joined CPEX Real Estate in 2009 as the Administrative Assistant for the Advisory Services Division.

Kristina handles all of the administrative functions for the Advisory Services Division and works closely with Thomas O’Neill, Senior Managing Director of the division and James K. Lang, a Principal of CPEX. Her responsibilities include managing client communication, preparing presentations for clients and data management.

Kristina previously worked as an intern for Principals Tim King and Brian Leary where she maintained data on property owner lists, generated targeted mailings to market properties, managed the principals’ calendars and tracked office supply inventory.

Kristina graduated from University at Albany in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
