Associate Directors (1+ years of real estate sales experienced required) 

-Maintain an active Real Estate Salesperson License 
-Assist the Managing Director on all projects within the Business Line and assist in maintaining client relationships 
-Become knowledgeable of all resources in the office 
-Take photographs of all buildings within the Business Line 
-Make calls to investors, clients and brokers. Answer phones and respond to messages 
-Prepare Listing Agreements 
-Gather collection of data for Evaluation Process 
-Conduct property inspection for evaluation process 
-Prepare Strategy Proposal 
-Prepare signage requisitions/mail requisitions/setups/marketing books/advertisements, etc. and submit to Marketing Director 
-Request owner approvals for marketing materials & signage 
-Assist Managing Director in marketing property, obtaining offers and negotiation process 
-Assist Managing Director in close out package for the sale of a transaction 

Salary is commission based.
